Forklift Operator

Responsible for operating and maintaining the crane assigned to him
Job Overview
• Shall operate forklift(s) within the scope of the Operators Manual, in coordination with the one designated person to give hand signals.
• Shall carry out daily maintenance checks and help in carrying out the preventive maintenance programs.
• Shall monitor condition of the lifting apparatus, keep them serviced and maintained.
• Shall demonstrate knowledge of slinging and rigging.
• Shall keep his supervisor informed of the progress of assigned tasks and current condition.
• Shall prepare handover notes for his supervisor and his relief.
• Shall maintain log of preventive maintenance repairs and replacement to the forklift and component equipment, including the running inventory lifting equipment.
• Shall ensure a record of valid inspection certificate to the available in the fork cabin.
• Shall not allow any body to drive or operate his crane while he is in the location.
• Any order/request for the forklift to be used for unsafe load or unsafe use, he has consultant with Truck Pusher or Sr. Tool Pusher.
• Shall follow EDC Safety Management System Procedures and Instructions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 Years of Experience in the same filed
- Oil & Gas Experience Is preferred
- High School holder or higher
- At Least second-Class driving License
