Description

- Executing, developing, reviewing, and issuing QMS policies, procedures, and working instructions to ensure the compliance with latest requirements of the oil & gas industry, legal
requirements, international standards, and the client’s requirements.
- Checking that the handling and distribution of documents, particularly QMS-related documents are carried out per EDC QMS and international standards requirements.
- Executing the internal QHSE audits, preparing the audit reports, and reporting the findings to the management/ concerned parties.
- Participating and handling the external audits from the certification body companies, and following up on closure of audit Non-conformances.
- Participating in QHSE audits by the Client(s), when applicable.
- Handling and participating in the reported investigations/Non-conformances that are related to product and service, and any raised quality with the concerned parties, following company
procedures and external regulations requirements in cooperation with all company departments.
- Ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental protection, and consumer rights, by ensuring that the company has
adequate resources to meet its obligations.
- Preparing, participating, and executing the annual management review meeting to comply with international standards.
- Preparing prequalification and tender documents for current and potential Client(s).

Job Overview

Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience
- Lead Auditor 9001:2015 certification and Practical knowledge of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
